End of Eighth Grade...

I was like just now I entered 8th grade back in August and now I am already graduating to high school. I am going to leave middle school and go to a new adventure in high school. I think the graduation is like in a game when you win you move to the next level. It gets harder every level, but more fun each time. I love middle school here is where I blossomed, I found new ways to communicate and more friends. I have a lot of hope and ideas about high school especially my social life.

Napoleon Theme Park....

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-17397172
This is the article the BCC website have posted.

If I was on e of the Napoleon theme park creators I would want to include Napoleon's life time like a museum in the them park. This museum must be in the beginning or entrance if the them park, so people who din't know a whole alot about him can visit and have a background information. Another thing I would like to add is Napoleon's attack on countries or his alliances. Something that can involve his attacks on countries. Maybe, the ticket for the theme park can be an alliance paper with another country, so everyone would want to keep the ticket.

Courage in Life

Courage is something that comes through life changes and learnings. Courage never comes when you are born because a baby has not developed yet the brain is still loose out. How do you get courage as you grow? Well, courage can grow by social involvements and friends among you. Students are more likely to increase their courage around their friends than any other relatives. Students also will learn from their mistakes and use intellectual courage to rethink their idea, this usually comes from the teachers. Courage starts with your talents and the way you communicate with others. The more talents you have the more courageous person you become. (But, some people have very less ou make talents) These are the people who think and take actions to develop their courage easily. There are more people like this than people with lots of talents and courageous. "Developing courage is to think first and than take action." The more your thinkings come to actions the more courageous you become.

The importance of community service

Community service is about being compassionate to the orphanage who have great future and hopes in their live. We as young teenagers are very lucky to have parents and families. This is because they get everything they want and have people who cares for them. Sometimes people do community service for relaxation and happiness for others. It also will develop the nation to have more educated people and have good change in life. Some teenagers think orphanage is bad and superficially; the home of the future. But, one day the orphanage kids would probably the one the most important people in the world or even the richest person in their country. That time that orphan kid would do anything for the poor because they know how it feels. Community service is something everyone should do in life at least once.

I think community service gives happiness to me also the orphans in the same time. Caring citizens is a great example for community service. This is because we has the global citizen must care for each other and think for each other. We can make the orphans life happier and give the world another educated kid. Orphans are also caring citizens, by caring for people around them and the teachers at orphan schools. Everyone is a global citizen no matter how they look or how they act. This world is pushing this message away from each other quickly. We must stand for happiness and caring for a better world. The more better the world the more greener and healthier it gets. HOW? Well, orphans are  getting educated and some of them are really smart. Now, these orphans may invent something using their knowledge from the university. That invention in the future can make a huge difference to world. I strongly ask everyone in this world to do community service at least once in their life. This is because it can make a difference and a better world.

Boston Tea Party -Patriots or Terrorist-

I would say that the colonists where Patriots not a terrorist, because the colonists where just trying to express themselves about how annoying it is paying taxes for every single thing even tea. They didn't want to destroy all the hard work by the east Indian company, who grows tea and manufactured it. Colonists in Boston loved tea in that times, there were also lots of cafe shops that supplied tea. All the patriots are actually very loyal to their mother country England. They wanted to show that paying taxes is a hard thing, when under mercantilism. Terrorists are people who harm innocent people and kill the public for no reason. These patriots where not harming anyone it was the way they planned to teach a lesson to the British. Unlike, the terrorist like around the world who kills innocent people just because they have a personal
problem with the jury or government. for example something that happened in Thailand when the red shirts got no solution the started bombing the central and stuff. That is what is called terrorism.

Introduction to my blog -Aparna-

Hello, my name is Aparna studying 8th grade in Ruamrudee International school Thailand. I have been blogging the last few months since school started in Thailand which is August. In this blog you will see several blog posts about flood, a poem and a video about myself. You will also see the header saying "Aparna the magical blue" because I love the color blue especially light blue. In our S.S class we are learning about the English history during the Tudors and Stuarts. During our lesson on Queen Elizabeth the first I found that the state Virginia got its name from queen Elizabeth because she called herself "Virgin Queen" since she didn't marry. In our L/A class we are now focusing on vocabulary and literature circle. So far I am enjoying school and all of us are really happy to learn at Ruamrudee International School. This weekend is a long  weekend because we have the King of Thailand birthday coming up who is turning 84 and the king who have been in throne for a long time. My hobbies are to paint and listen to music; recently I am learning how to do Batik so I can make my own dresses one day. Well, my ambition is to become a Doctor. In 8th grade we have a meeting every month together as a grade celebrating birthdays and awarding students the "Student of the Month" certificate Now, it your turn to tell about yourself to me so I can now who I am actually blogging with everyday. Bye!!!!

My I Am Poem

I Am
I am nice AND creative
I wonder if people can see the future
I hear Birds singing
I see a magical world inside me
I want to see morning light on flowers
I am nice AND creative

I pretend to know everything like you
I feel a great change around me that’s sparkly
I touch the magical water of heaven
I worry about my future plans
I cry when my world is dead
I am nice AND creative

I understand life might not stop to make changes
I say believe in yourself for better chances
I dream about real fantasy powers in human world
I try anything that does not hurt me
I hope to see my star on screen
I am nice AND creative
